CreditsMob is a web service designed for iOS users, use your iDevice to access it and download the free sponsor apps listed on the web page to get credits, use credits to redeem rewards. for now, I only see Amazon Gift Card on rewarding page, maybe it will add more in the future.

How to Earn?
Step 1 : Visit http://bit.ly/creditsmob on you iDevice, tap Register device!
Step 2: Install Profile Service on you device.
Step 3: Tap Register email! A popup windows will appear, input you email address.
Step 4 : Now go check your email inbox , You will receive an email from CreditsMob, tap the link in the email body to verify your account.
Step 5: Go back to CreditsMob, Download the Sponsor apps listed on the page, Install and run for at last 30s to get Credits.
Step 6: When you earned enough Credits, tap Reward$ in the bottom and choose your gifts to redeem, right now it only has Amazon Gift Cards, 8000 Credits for $5 , 15000 for $10 Amazon Gift Cards.
